A 'where to get stuff' guide for the re-enactor of the Spanish Civil War.Introduction: When La Columna started up back in 2000 it was quite a daunting task to uniform and equip the group: as far as we knew we were the only group portraying the Spanish Civil War (SCW) and so there were no specific retailers selling goods geared toward the SCW re enactor. A lot has happened since then; we have made contact with fellow re-enactors around the world (who seemed equally daunted by the lack of suppliers), we have discovered there are some suppliers who now make SCW items and we have discovered where to get bits that are suitable for a SCW impression even if not specifically made for it. Below are some links and tips to help those who want to create a SCW impression and might not know where to start looking.
