Rufford Through the Ages

Rufford Country Park, Nottinghamshire

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 May 2006

As this was La Columna's first International Brigade (IB) event of the year it was decided to spend a considerable amount of time catching up with the drill we had all forgotten over the winter! It wasn't just the rain that was making us rusty!

We were pleased to welcome a few new faces to the event this year: Bob, Jan and the family Cullen were very welcome.. well maybe Bob's singing put him on thin ice but we put it down to over enthusiasm so we let him off.

Another welcome new addition was Lisa's field dressing station. This display developed through the year and went from strength to Strength
